This photo was taken at Nelson's last show at the First Australian Golden Retriever National in 1996,  he was 9 years of age, placing 4th in Open Dog (26 entries),  he also was awarded Best Sire.

BEST OF BREED at the Adelaide Royal Show  1992

Nelson has sired titled dogs in Conformation, Obedience and Retrieving, with his lovely temperament, he was a true gentleman and a great ambassador for the breed.

Bruno has also been involved with the Prevent A Dog Bite program with his best mate David for most of Bruno's life and has been a Canine Caring Companion  doing community visits with Betty for over a year now.
